However, we understand that there may be occasions where a product does not meet your expectations. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds, ensuring a fair and transparent experience for every customer.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following valid conditions:

  • ✅ The product received is damaged or broken during delivery
  • ✅ The product received is defective or faulty due to manufacturing issues
  • ✅ You received the wrong product — different from what you ordered
  • ✅ The product received is significantly different from its description or images on our website
  • ✅ The product is incomplete — missing parts or accessories listed in the product description

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • ❌ Products that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery
  • ❌ Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Perishable goods including natural honey, food products, and organic items — unless delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition
  • ❌ Products with broken seals or removed packaging that were sold as sealed items
  • ❌ Items purchased during special sales, flash deals, or clearance promotions — unless delivered damaged or defective
  • Custom or personalized orders made specifically to your requirements
  • ❌ Products where the original tags, labels, or packaging have been removed or damaged by the customer
  • Downloadable or digital products

4. Return Time Window

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The 7-day window begins from the date your order is marked as delivered according to our delivery tracking records.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2 — Provide Required Information Your return request must include the following:

  • Order ID / Order number
  • The name of the product you wish to return
  • Clear reason for the return
  • Photographs or a short video clearly showing the issue (damaged, defective, or wrong product)

Step 3 — Await Confirmation Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you whether your return has been approved or declined. We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated in this policy.

Step 4 — Ship the Product Back Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please ensure:

  • The product is packed securely in its original packaging
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are included
  • The product is in the same condition as when it was received
  • You include a note with your Order ID inside the package

Step 5 — Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error — wrong product, damaged, or defective item — Shuloban will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products. Shuloban is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

7. Refund Policy

7.2 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the returned product.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your refund has been initiated.

7.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued where:

  • Only part of an order is returned
  • The returned product shows minor signs of use or handling beyond what is reasonable for inspection purposes
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing

7.4 Refund Rejection

Your refund request may be rejected if:

  • The returned product does not match the condition described in the return request
  • The product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or tampering
  • The return is received outside of the approved return window
  • Required documentation (photos, Order ID, reason) was not provided

8. Order Cancellation

8.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at admin@shuloban.com or via WhatsApp at +8801911 368538. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 7 business days.

8.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

8.3 Shuloban-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to:

  • Product being out of stock after order placement
  • Payment verification failure
  • Delivery not being possible to your location

In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days and you will be notified immediately.

9. Exchange Policy

At this time, Shuloban does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

10. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged — request the delivery agent to note the refusal
  • If damage is discovered after opening, photograph or video the product immediately before touching or using it
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@shuloban.com with your Order ID and visual proof

Failure to report transit damage within 24 hours may affect your eligibility for a refund or return.
